Very nice service

I spent 2 days honeymoon at this Hotel, the room we had is a suite bedroom, a living room, a small kitchenette, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The breakfast was very tasty and the cleaning is very good.
The price for what we got is very fair.
The location of the hotel is strategic, you can navigate the area on foot.
This hotel is highly recommended.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, we booked and they confirmed our reservation when we called them a month before, and we were coming from very far, and at our arrival they said they didn't have a reservation for us.
The hotel didn't look clean at all.

Good hotel

We were there just for the weekend.
Room & bathroom were clean and well heated. Our room had a nice view of Jezzine.
Location is good, Hotel is very close to the main street where you find restaurants & snack places.
Price is fair.
My ony complaint would be that bathroom needs hooks on the wall for the towels.

Cracking hotel, even better breakfast!

I don't even know why I enjoyed my stay here so much but the quality of the room, cleanliness, facilities etc all contributed to a good rest after trekking locally.
Some rooms seem to be split into "two separate bedrooms" sharing a lounge in a T shape so great if you're sharing or travelling as a family.

Amazing stay

The stay at Iris Flower was calm, relaxing and beautiful. Rooms are large, clean and fully equipped (AC, TV, minibar, fridge...)The staff is very friendly and the prices are the best in Jezzine. The breakfast is fare compared to the payed rates. Don't miss the view on the balcony!
