Very good service
It's an old hotel, but it is very chique we enjoyed the pool and the generous breakfast. Good air conditioned rooms. Clean and big bathrooms with bathtubs.
And pretty good prices through makhsoom.com
It is close to the beach (about 20 min) and you can go snorkeling too.

Bad and will never be back
Staff are rude. They promise and dont deliver. Charged 50% of the amount paid upon check in even though i left because of their bad service. I didnt stay for an hour. Hotel is full without a manager on duty you can speak with.

A nightmare...
We came here to supposedly relax, but instead it was the worst experience! First we were excited about the pool, they kicked us out at 3pm cz there was a wedding the same night, & at night we couldn't sleep cz the wedding is above us & the loud music was crazy, till 1:30am!! The night before they were putting the stage at 3am !! when we reserved, no one bothered to tell us there will be a wedding & it's loud or at least gave us rooms that are bit far! The breakfast is horrible, very poor, not a piece of fruit was served, no man2ousheh or croissant or omelette, just Arabic bread with a few kind of cheese, & labneh, milk they serve is prepared from powder, so when you drink you taste the disgusting lumps!! When we arrived to the room, the housekeeping had cleaned it but they forgot the take out the trash so I opened one of the drawers to find a beautiful bag of trash from the previous guests! At night I asked for pillow case, after 20 mn they brought bedsheets, when I asked agAin, I waited another half hour & no one got me a pillowcase !! The terrace where we're supposed to eat or relax was full of bees & mosquitos, you can't sit !! & in the indoor restaurant people are smoking arguileh!!! Not to mention the Sunday brunch where u wait 20 mn for the barbecue so they give u 3 tiny pieces of tawouk or meat!! This hotel is 4 stars but I guess it doesn't even deserve one star...

Lovely Family Getaway
Lots could have changed since we stayed a year ago yet here's our review!
We booked a chalet suite, suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. The suite was very well equipped with a flat screen tv, a huge closet, kitchenette, fridge, microwave and a small living area, in addition to the sleeping area. We enjoyed a dip in the cold pool, followed by a small walk around the hotel. Service was nice, breakfast was rich and delicious, there's a little playground next to the hotel, it was a fun distraction but place needed some maintenance.
All in all we had a very enjoyable family experience for a very good price!

Quiet hotel but do not expect too much out of it
ice Hotel in a calm and very quiet area surrounded by pine trees. It feels too quiet sometimes that you think it is closed; you will barely see other people there. The swimming pool is nice but they do not allow veiled women to swim there even if they have swimming suits. The rooms are small and the view is not that nice. There is no kettle for hot water. The gym and the play area (babyfoot, billiard, and ping pong) need maintenance, many of the machines are broken, and there is no ventilation in these areas which makes you want to leave.
