Perfect day

We had a very pleasant stay at this spa center. We were completely satisfied with everything — the room was spacious, very cozy, and had a wonderful natural scent. The dinner at the restaurant ‘Miškas’ was delicious and filling, and the service from the waitstaff was impeccable. For my husband’s birthday, I booked a massage for him, which he really enjoyed as well. Thank you for meeting our expectations — we will definitely be back!

Service dropping and standards

Stayed here 1 night as we have coming for years, when we arrived we waited over 1 hour for room. We stayed in 212 above reception not best room in my opinion.
Restaurant didnt have burgers i ordered and only told 15 mins after looking at menu , was disappointed as this was main reason i liked the restaurant. Had some chicken pie but portion size was for a 6 year old. Surely at busiest time of year you can stock properly.
The pool was nice and facilities but expensive at same time, you get less for your money each time. Pool was very crowded maybe because of time of year.
They no longer give slippers for spa after June 1st which is another money saving thing they are doing .

We stay here once each year during our summer holiday as a full body and mind relaxation. Kids love it as well, the atmosphere is so relaxing! And massages are must for the full experience

Disappointed.

“Relaxed in March 2025 and were disappointed, as the prices for accommodation and restaurant are clearly inflated. The place is beautiful and its advantage is the proximity to the city footpath. However, the SPA lacks even basic benches right now. The staff try very hard to create a good atmosphere. There are not enough communal spaces, everything is small, and the rooms are very small, a small swimming pool although it is stated to be a luxury SPA. We don't plan to visit anymore.
