Very comfortable rooms
Unusual big sized rooms with very comfortable furniture. Very modern rooms with modern rest rooms. A good breakfast and a fantastic restaurant are completing the stay. Prives are very low for this kind of comfort and quietness.

Is this the new management behavior and strategies treating the customers after the Corona lockdown and restrictions..?
From outside the hotel looks very promising and the multilingual friendly staff tried the best to fulfill our wishes - but they were fixed and tied up with management rules: when we asked for special price for our 4 Huskies (they stay all time and overnight in their cages (one of the was still very small, just got 1 year old) ) and 2 Jackies (one of them still puppy with 6 months aged) we had to pay full price for each dog - so the additional amount for the doggies was about 25% higher than room rate for two incl. breakfast.....and the dogs received no added values as we got in other dogfriendly hotels:
- no bowl of water
- no extra blankets
- no food
Room was quite ok, clean and spacious, but no bottles of water as we used to find in other hotels everywhere in East Europe and Baltic countries.
standalone lamp wasn`t working as the cable to the socket was cut off.
Breakfast very poor : you could select one single item from menu included 1 cup of tea/coffee...
- no buffet
- no additional cup of tea/coffee free of charge
- no water or juice free of charge
- no additional bread
- no gluten-free bread

Very pleasant stay
We traveled with a colleague on a long business trip. In advance we were not reserved the hotel room. We met a very helpful receptionist, we have very fast check in. The room was very clean and cozy. The bed very soft as we like. The breakfast is tasty. I totally recommend this hotel.

I do not recomend
My husband and I came to the hotel for our wedding night. We asked to prepare the room as for the wedding night and when we came there, the room was almost not prepared, only some plastic flower leaves were put in one place. The next morning when we came to the first floor and we asked about breakfast, the staff was not helpful and she was angry that we were asking something. When we asked if there will be soup in menu, she did not answer anything and kept flirting with truck driver who came inside. Then we decided not to eat anything and we came back to the room. After 15 minutes at 9.30 AM came two man and knocked on the door. They asked as to leave the room and to drink some coffee because they want to fix the conditioner, We said we do not want to leave an they kept on insisting us to leave the room. Then we agreed to change the room.. Nobody appologised for such inconveniences...I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO VISIT THIS HOTEL

feel like at home..
nice staff, very clean and cozy. i like very big rooms, everything new, while hotel is new- special good feeling - comfortable atmosphere, real turkish sauna- can be little big bigger, but for us - 4 people was unforgetible- we take sauna only for us:)
