Great location
Great location opposite the cathedral, there were plenty of restaurants and shops near the hotel and it was a good base for exploring the city.
The hotel doesn't have a reception, you will receive the room number and access code via text or email, there is no check in or check out. If you have any problems you have to WhatsApp the hotel management team.
The room I had was spacious and looked quite luxurious with a balcony and a view of the cathedral and a little chocolate on the pillow on arrival. Unlike many hotels there was actually a proper wardrobe and drawers to put your clothes away. The bathroom was a good size and clean with shower gel and soap and towels.
There was a good selection for breakfast which is self service, including bread with cheese and cured cold meats, croissants, toast and cereal, along with tea, coffee and fruit juice and the staff were friendly.

Good, but not 4 stars
The hotel is in a great location and offers a varied and good quality breakfast, but it is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. The staff is practically non-existent. There is no reception, there is only one info point which, however, has limited opening hours. I think the room assigned to us was of a lower category than the one booked, but the absence of reception did not allow us to contest and ask for a change. Arriving late in the evening, however, the info point was also closed. The room was attic (possibility not provided when booking) with windows occluded by bars so the "city view" booked was not enjoyable (and in any case the view was on a side street). The curtains were, in any case, unsuitable because, not being close to the wall, they let the light filter widely; moreover, the curtain came directly to the edge of the bed and had to be moved manually in order to use the bed or in the morning when you woke up. The rooms would need a modernized or at least more maintenance (stained/burned carpet in several places, broken door displays with dangerous exposed splinters). Bathroom amenities not good: broken toilet brush; no courtesy kit; shower towels suitable for children. Room cleaning is ONLY on request. Soundproofing not good. The room access code is identical to the hotel access code so enter the code in the presence of other people resets security. As for security... there is no obvious control over access from the outside and the upper floors are accessed by elevator not protected by codes. The stay was fine, but I would not return, if I book a room with city view in a 4 star hotel I expect to find the minimum services in this category.

Hotel was pretty good.
Only a couple of minor things stopped me giving 5 stars - window sills were a bit dusty and we had an issue opening the safe as it had a flat battery.
Staff were helpful and we managed to check in a little earlier.
Would definitely recommend!

Hotel could not be in a better location in Vilnius. It was kept clean throughout my stay, and general provisions for the price were good. The downsides are more so out of the hotels control, but the lack of air conditioning at this time of year (according to other reviews it is a city power-grid issue) meant the room was a little too warm at night, and the lack of any form of soundproofing for the atrium facing rooms meant it was noisy with people coming in at night. That said, the noise was only really an issue one night of my stay. I would recommend this hotel to those visiting for a short break.
