Nice hotel on the edge of the old town
Staff at reception very friendly. Had a quiet room to the courtyard. Bed very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Hotel ignored its own Reschedule Terms
After I notified the hotel, the property cancelled my reservation, and I received a cancellation confirmation. The room was resold, as availability for that day showed “sold out.”
I asked the hotel to change my reservation date, which should have been allowed under the stated conditions. However, the property refused to change the date, even though the same room in January was priced at nearly three times less than what I had already paid. No alternative or fair solution was offered.
Following this experience, I submitted an honest and factual review on the Booking.com platform describing what happened. However, the review has not been published, and I have not received any explanation as to why.

Bad experience!!
The hotel only has one elevator and is very small. The air conditioning does not work. The shower is small and not comfortable. I didn't like the location. The restaurant closes early. The only good thing is the reception staff, who were friendly.
