New hotel -

We had booked a standard room (nr. 233) through a package. For a very nice price (2 nights including breakfast and dinner on the first night and free use of the minibar). The rooms are on the small side. Not suitable for longer stays as a couple. The majority of guests are therefore business travellers, who are sitting alone in a room. The room does have a big good shower. But the bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a glass wall. So that's not convenient. As soon as someone goes to the bathroom at night, everything is bathed in light. The air conditioning did its job properly. The beds are fine and everything is spick and span clean. Breakfast could be better. The choice of sandwich fillings is fairly limited. The scrambled eggs are inedible. The bread supply is also below par.
The tram stop is just over a 5-minute walk away. From where you will be taken to the center in fifteen minutes for free. Well arranged.
Under the hotel is a fairly spacious parking garage. However, the entrance is on the narrow side. There is also a bend in the narrow corridor down. It can be seen that several drivers have struggled with that. The wall is covered in scratches and lacquer smudges. This is particularly true for the somewhat larger cars. Parking is also far too expensive: €29 per 24-hour period. Far away in the suburbs on an industrial estate. But ...... these costs were not charged to us (for 2 nights). Very sympathetic.

Fijn dat u ons voordelige arrangement met diner, ontbijt en de gratis minibar hebt gewaardeerd, inclusief de biologische en gezonde drankjes die we aanbieden.
De ruime douche en de verzorgde hygiëne in uw kamer zijn voorbeelden van onze doordachte details om uw verblijf optimaal te maken.
Ook zijn we blij dat de comfortabele bedden en goed werkende airco hebben bijgedragen aan een uitstekende nachtrust.
Wat betreft de kamergrootte en het ontwerp van de badkamer: deze zijn afgestemd op korte zakelijke verblijven met een moderne uitstraling, wat past bij onze dynamische gasten.
Het spijt ons dat het ontbijt niet volledig aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. We werken met lokale leveranciers om versheid en variatie te garanderen.
De parkeeringang is inderdaad compact ontworpen, maar we zijn blij dat de kosten als blijk van waardering niet doorberekend zijn.
Tot slot waarderen we uw vermelding van de uitstekende tramverbinding, die ons hotel verbindt met het levendige stadscentrum.
We hopen u snel nogmaals te mogen verwelkomen.

Beautiful rooms staff excellent.
Food breakfast I expected better.
Food in the evening thick 0 brochette were very difficult to nibble and fries disgusting

Good hotel

Nice room. Very far out, yet overpriced.
Easily accessible from the city by bus or tram; the tram even goes to the airport. Shopping center with restaurants 1 km away. Good breakfast.
It was warm in the room at night; the air conditioning was set to maximum but hardly worked. Many people take their dogs with them.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen unsere durchdacht gestalteten Zimmer und das vielfältige Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten gefallen haben.
Die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ermöglicht es unseren Gästen tatsächlich, sowohl die Stadt als auch den Flughafen mühelos zu erreichen.
Zur Lage möchten wir ergänzen, dass wir uns bewusst im aufstrebenden Cloche-d’Or-Viertel positioniert haben, wo Urbanität und Natur harmonieren.
Die individuelle Klimasteuerung in den Zimmern arbeitet normalerweise effizient, wir werden die Einstellungen gerne nochmals prüfen.
Als hundefreundliches Hotel begrüßen wir tierische Begleiter gegen Gebühr, achten aber stets auf ein ausgewogenes Ambiente für alle Gäste.
Hoffentlich sehen wir uns auch in der Zukunft wieder.

Good hotel with a great connection to the center of Luxembourg

During the Easter we stayed at this hotel outside the center of Luxembourg City. The room was spacious and the bathroom was spacious everything was neatly clean. The breakfast was very varied with own products such as the bread. The hotel is located outside the city centre but within walking distance there is a tram stop and the tram takes you to the city centre within 10 to 15 minutes and public transport is free. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wat fijn om te lezen dat jullie genoten hebben van de ruime kamer en badkamer, met aandacht voor details die elk verblijf net iets specialer maken.
Ook zijn we blij dat ons ontbijt met lokale producten jullie heeft kunnen verwennen, want hierin schuilt echt de smaak van Luxemburg.
Dat de ligging jullie goed beviel, ondanks dat we iets buiten het centrum zijn, vindt ons team geweldig om te horen, de tramverbinding maakt de stad inderdaad moeiteloos bereikbaar.
Jullie warme woorden over ons vriendelijke personeel doen ons glunderen, want gastvrijheid zit in ons DNA.

Well designed hotel with reasonably sized rooms. Staff is excellent, very clean rooms and hotel. Good amenities in room including free drinks in mini bar. Breakfast is good. No complaints!
