For a three star hotel it's good

Nice valentine arrangement had with super dinner in the restaurant.
Everything is right in this 3 star hotel.
Small scale but very cozy and cozy warm atmosphere.

A pleasant stay

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and I can't understand the negative reviews as we were positively surprised.
We had a large room facing the river, which was probably newly renovated.
All the staff were very friendly without exception and always tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was adequate and varied, the half board always good. I used the pool once. Due to the size of the swimming pool it is absolutely understandable that you have to reserve the pool use in advance.
Parking was always available.
We felt comfortable at the hotel and will come back.

It was a nice weekend.

Fantastic restaurant with friendly service. Rooms, pool and sauna somewhat dated but certainly not wrong for the price we paid.

Execrable

What to start with. First after agreement received by booking to arrive earlier, impossible to enter before 3pm. Then the time slots for access to the spa are simply morons. In the room, no heating that works, the TV didn't work either and the bath bubbles,, well no bubbles...an appalling bed, backache when waking up and a breakfast not very provided...
In short, a weekend and 158€ lost. I do not recommend at all..

In short, bad.

This is our first destination during our vacation. Staff at reception were difficult to communicate in English. The records were wrong. We were told during check-in that we had double booked and later it turned out not to be so. Sauna and swimming pool were indicated via a mailing that we must reserve in advance. This was done and on arrival it turned out to be open to several holidaymakers. The sauna facilities are poor. It is dark, temperature at changing bath for the feet did not work well on one side so the water became too hot. Steam cabin didn't work.
In the pool there was a couple having sex! My husband and I didn't go into the pool. There were two girls who found it too embarrassing and left with us. This is not possible! The hotel must ensure that people behave properly and also make a round at the pool and Sauna.
We still have a few days to stay here and a pity that our holiday has started like this.
