Great

Wellness Hotel was such a nice place located 100 meters from Lake Bank. Its restaurant (Swing & Jazz Restaurant) was remarkable with a lake view and faboulus dishes. The staff was very friendly and the whole hotel was super clean. Parking was easy.

Visited restaurant, was very disappointing!

Yesterday we had dinner with 5 adults and 3 children. Disappointed after several good experiences in the past.
Two years ago we were a little less positive, but we still wanted to give it another chance. So therefore on 6-7-24 I visited the restaurant of the hotel again.
The service unfortunately does not speak English or German, no problem because this is the case in more places.
The starters were delicious, but one of the main courses was served simultaneously. Can happen but then a pile of mistakes arose; a wrong dish was served for our son, a hamburger that was raw for a child of 3, the Ossobuco was only bone and no meat, the main course of my partner they had forgotten to make, while they still came to the table to check that the right dish was noted. After the main courses we didn't have any cutlery, so we went to pack this ourselves in the cupboard.
All in all not a good experience and also the price quality was disproportionate. Too bad, but we're not coming back here.

Far too expensive for what is offered

The value for money correlation is not there. The hotel is nicely located, the rooms
Were clean, good air-condition, but the hotel
is just very basic and should not charge more than 150 dollars per night. Check in took a long time with paper work … ok for 150 but not the premium rate we were charged.

Lovely place for a couple or even families. Great food and service.

The service was excellent. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. The food was fresh ad delicious and everything came out very quickly. Our server also offered some wine that accompanied the main perfectly. The restaurant’s location is superb with spectacular views. Will most definitely be returning here.

Great lunch with superb waiter

We enjoyed the fantastic view on the terrace, the recommended local speciality soup, the main course and the excellent service. Our waiter, Róbert Kovács looked after us perfectly. We'll come back hopefully soon.
