A shambles
When we returned to the room in the evening we went out onto the balcony for the first time and spotted blood on the ground. (Pictured) We closed up the balcony and went to bed. Getting into the bed I noticed a small purple stain on the pillow. That was alright in my opinion because I could tell the sheets had been laundered and ironed. We were getting in to go to sleep and found a small piece of glass inside the bed (pictured). During the night the flat sheet on the bed moved and you turned and in the morning when we looked at the bed we could see the mattress was really disgustingly stained (pictured). We went into the living room at that point and in the daylight could see that the couch was also very dirty (pictured) and the table was cracked (pictured). The walls and ceilings were quite dirty (pictured) and when we went into the bathroom with the shower there was a hole not only in the bath but in the bathroom floor (pictured).
We went down to talk to the check in desk about all these things and when I showed all the pictures the lady simply said "I know" and " we are aware" and told us we won't be charged for damages. When I showed her the blood she did seem thrown and asked what had we done last night and when we told her that we hadn't even been on the balcony before we found the blood she offered to send a cleaner up to our room but warned us that they wouldn't be free for an hour or two. We told her that we would be out for the entire day so any time would suit for the cleaner to go up as long as it's cleaned before around 8pm.
When we arrived that evening the blood was still there and there was no evidence there had been a cleaner at all.
If you're going to be too drunk to care then stay but if you like to feel confident that the place has been cleansed properly and is looked after then I'd give it a miss.

Great stay, huge room :)
Since we arrived rather late, we got an very detailed email stating that the key to the room and other i fo will be waiting for us in a small coded box on the reception door.
Got therw, took everything from the box, went to the room and was stunned by how spacious it was. Great value for money.
This place is on a perfect location, you can say that ypu are in the middle of everything you wanna visit (depending ofc on your interests, for us perfect location).
The, before mentioned email was really detailed and also the info from the box. So basiclly there was no reason to harras the reception.
Only time I went there was to switch towels, which you can do on a daily bases. Rexeption staff was very good.
Will come back again for sure.
