Clean modern apartment

We had a lovely four-night stay at the Mango Aparthotel (17-21 February). Apartment was extremely clean and had everything you could want. It was centrally located and Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay.

We were here at the wnd of January. It was really great, huge room, great staff. Will come back again.
Only downside was the breakfast, 5eur per person, I did not expect a kings breakfast for this money, but still..
But the real down side was the staff which bringa the food in Cafe Vian, was petting a dog that was in the restaurant, not good.

Great location

I've stayed here 4 times and happy to return each time. I normally come on my own but this time I'd a friend with me.
Location is great for sightseeing, restaurants, bars and shops. A short walk from Deak Ferenc metro. Buy a travel pass which will allow you on the metro, buses, trams etc.
Room - I always stay in the same one - is cosy, comfortable and cleaned daily.
Staff in reception are friendly and helpful.

Great Location

The hotel is a bit tricky to find but the location is well worth the "hide and seek".
The apartment was located away from the main hotel and spa building and was very spacious and clean. Due to the fact that there are a lot of bars and clubs in the area, it is quite noisy - but not unbearable - until the bars close. There are a large number of excellent restaurants and wine bars nearby and Margrit island in the middle of the Danube River is a great location to go jogging or walking 5km circuits with many other like minded and friendly Hungarians, only a 20minute walk away. Hotel staff are super friendly and all spoke very good English.

Noisy Apartment in “Party Central”

We stayed here in December 2019. The first apartment we stayed in was so noisy we hardly got any sleep! Went to Reception about 12.30pm but were told they were fully booked and couldn’t move us. The shower nozzle in the apartment was so short it came up to our shoulders. Good luck with trying to wash your hair. The beds were so uncomfortable, Reception gave us duvet inners to make them a bit better. The curtains were so sheer they let light in at night. We were moved to a new apartment the next day but no apology from management about the experience the night before and they refused any refund for our lack of sleep or inconvenience moving.
Reception staff were unhelpful and couldn’t care less. There were things wrong at the second apartment - rusty washing machine, none of the soap dispensers worked, shower clogged up because of blocked drain, road noise etc etc. Couldn’t wait to leave this place.
Provided photos of all of the above to our travel agent to ensure others don’t make the same mistake.
