A SCAM

I made the reservation with them in August to leave in December, 1 week before the trip they cancel me as an excuse for the credit card, I have used 3 different credit cards, I have asked to be told the reason for cancellation and nothing without answers, the only answer is that I rebook with them for twice the price, having booked 4 months in advance, embarrassed

Fraud

They canceled my booking. They're a fraud.
They made me change the card indicating that it was not correct and finally the next day I had been cancelled
Don't go they're not reliable and then you have to look for a hotel on the run

I don't recommend it.

The location is great but the accommodation and customer service lousy. Very little cleaning. Very nice smell. The toilet got stuck and they didn't change rooms, we had to wait for them to fix it the next day.
In favor of the location and that has air conditioning. We booked it by booking, although we were in the accommodation, it is listed as cancelled, I imagine to prevent it from putting reviews. Attached photo with the appearance of the reception throughout the morning.

disgusting

We were accommodated through booking - payment in advance. we arrived at the accommodation - the entrance was through a smelly entrance and we smelled urine. as we entered the room we could smell the sewage. the bed was unstable and creaked with our every movement. The bathroom was dirty and not washed. the receptionist told us that it is clean. we asked to change the room. at first he told us that he didn't have any other rooms available, but in the end he found one free room. she was in the same condition. we asked for a refund, but the receptionist laughed at us, saying that what more did we want for that money. never ever. I do not recommend.

Septic tank hotel

This hotel is so stinky as soon you walk in the room you get a instance headache from the smell I really don’t know what boiling company list this place it not up to standards for guests only if you like sleeping inside of septic tank then this is your place
