Clean, modern apartment with convenient parking

The apartment is located in a new building, not very close to the city center if you plan to walk. There are about 30 min to walk. However, it is very clean and well equipped with all necessary appliances, which makes it suitable even for long stays.
It’s especially convenient for travelers arriving by car, as the property offers its own spaces in the underground parking garage. Smooth check-in and check-out process.
Parking costs €15 per day.
Overall, an enjoyable stay!

Nice apartment, location is quite far from the centre but good public transport links, poor communication from host initially and no reception to speak to, small issues such as the only frying pan does not actually work with the hob and we didn't have enough toilet paper or any body lotion but unable to contact reception to request, also no code for the bin store, overall a lovely place to stay and would recommend, check in is done via an email and I did not have WiFi which made this difficult as there is no receptionist, the email did not come through to be until around 3pm which is check in time, unable to contact the host sooner to see if we could leave the bags anywhere.

I recently stayed at this property, and while the accommodation itself was  decent, the overall experience was unnecessarily complicated due to the lack of in-person support.
The entire process is handled online, which might sound convenient in theory, but in practice it made everything far more difficult. Checking in was especially frustrating—there was no reception or staff on-site, and the instructions provided were not as clear or seamless as they should have been. What would normally be a quick and simple process turned into a stressful back-and-forth.
Communication with the host was also challenging. Since there’s no one physically available, any questions or issues require messaging and waiting for a response, which isn’t ideal when you need immediate assistance—especially after traveling.
To be fair, the place itself was clean and reasonably comfortable, so there’s no major complaint about the property itself. However, the fully remote, hands-off system made the stay feel impersonal and inconvenient. With a bit more support or at least clearer, more responsive communication, the experience could be significantly improved.
Overall, an okay stay in terms of the space, but the complicated access and lack of on-site assistance made it more stressful than it needed to be.

When we first arrived it was hard to understand where we are where we going. No reception u can’t get into the building. When we go it in the shower was broken we couldn’t take shower for the first day after place really. It was flooded. They fix the next day.
Then no one cleans the appt. No towels not enough. No toilet paper. Only 2 for the whole stay. Check out T 11. They came at 10 am. Really. Yo not a good spot

The air conditioning was very strange and no shower holder so you needed to hold the shower up when having a wash
