Comfortable hotel with poor Food options
Do not get the half board!!!
Breakfast is ok but the lunch and dinner options are extremely limited and boring. All deserts taste like flowers and nothing really Hungarian. We got sick from the spices.
Eat outside instead.

Not the best impression
1. close to the downtown,
2. garage is provided (sometimes it is full so you have to park outside for money),
3. walk-in shower,
Negative:
0. if you are a vegetarian or vegan this is not your place! Bonus: if you dare to have food allergy they will charge you with an extra round 20 euros for special food to make.
1. common balkons with neighbours
2. all the beach noises and smells from outside
3. not really for non-smokers
4. food smell is coming through the ventillation system to the deluxe apartman every day
5. cleaner team was making noise every morning around 8 outside. They did not even try to be a bit more silent. Super unprofessional.
6. you are literally kicked out before checkout time from your room with cleaners knocking on your door more times.
7. they charge you 10 % service cost on top of the price after every coffee or other drink in the hotel bar even if you pick it up right at the bar. No comment!
Overal the idea of an adult hotel is good but through the times the hotel went to the direction of an elderly home instead. Older couples and rule followers can appreciate this place. Otherwise look after something else.

Charged me for drinks what I never had/No refund/ No Manager
I payed at the reception without showing me what they charged me for. After I payed I waited the bill... the girl were hesitating , messing around...
They charged me for Vitamin bar drinks what is never had.
Complained ( 3 phone call) but they don't give money back! Answere: I can have the drinks what I was charged for. No refound, asked Manager but refused to put me through.
Sent a mail... no answers.
Everything but not a 4* hotel.
Don't expect much from the staff. Unprofessional, rude , no manners .

I had a massage refused to give me my towel and bathrobe as I was at the ground level. The spa guy had nothing to do ( it was a peak off period no guest) but did not get it for us.
I changed at the small massage room where was no space and not even a chair so I put my clothes to the floor.
They expect you to use the changing room and make your way to the massage without your towel and bathrobe.
If you don't speak Hungarian will be hard to pick any mistakes on your bill.

Hungarian they can charged you whatever they what. No refund, No Compensation
