Al Hamra restaurant at Jarja pension, good food and service!

I want to review the Al Hamra restaurant that is associated with Jarja pension! We come to Hajduszoboszlo since many years în the last week of April. În more than 10 years we have eat în many restaurants, but never în Al Hamra, so we decided to try this year. The service was fast, the waiters friendly and the food was realy tasty. We had one of the best "kessel gulash" soup în Hajduszoboszlo. The lamb and pork dishes also very good and the prices resonable.

Great place!

I was in this guesthouse several times.I had pleasant experiences every time. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the sheets are hypoallergenic and clean. Linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
There is no restaurant but there is a kitchen on the ground floor where you can keep food in the refrigerator or you can cook something quick. It is perfect if you have a low budget.
The only downside in my opinion is the lack of wi-fi.

Enjoyed our stay

We used the hotel as a one-night stop on our route, so we did not take advantage of the spa and other wellness facilities. In fact we needed a roof above our head, and a place to park our vehicle. The hotel actually exceeded our expectations. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, and overall comfortable. The WiFi is free, works well (sustained VOIP quality), and has no blocked ports. Parking is included in the price. The breakfast is adequate, though there is nothing to write home about. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again should we get the chance.
We have two relatively minor criticisms. The garage is crammed and dark at night (when we arrived). It is overall difficult to navigate (though me being unfamiliar with the car and its dimensions might have had something to do with this). There is sensor-based light turned on by a moving car alright, but considerably more difficult to persuade by a person. We ended up essentially with one of us unloading our luggage and the other flapping hands to keep the light on. The hotel is also located near a couple of restaurants with live music, which was rather loud with windows open (but was thoroughly muted when we closed the windows). The music stopped around 11 pm.

Spa neighbour at bargain price

Unbeatable advantages of this small pension - sorry, hotel already - are its close location to the largest spa in Central Europe and rooms are available at close to bargain price.
Garage parking for guests available for free, also wifi. Rooms are clean with furniture fair for the money, breakfast is OK. Only down is the hard mattress on bed, though the receptionist said I was first to mention. Recommendable for those who look simple but clean rooms.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű ,megfizethető árú szállás

A személyzet segítőkész ,hamar túlestünk a formalitásokon ..Mi a folyosó végén kaptunk szobát ,melynek tisztaságával meg voltunk elégedve . Egyetlen kellemetlen dolog volt /a szállással kapcsolatban /az , hogy a folyosó sötét voltja miatt a lámpák nem automatikusan kapcsolódtak , hanem nekünk kellett keresni a sötétben a kapcsolót. A Panzióhoz tartozó étterem reggelije nem valami választékos, a vacsora adagja meg "éppen hogy"...
