Very bad accommodation!

Behind this large hotel, there is a small dependency hotel! This hotel is located 5 min from the main hotel and is on a campsite! We stayed 2 nights there on Reservation of Fox Trips! We were the only ones in the hotel, the beds were very bad, so bad that I didn't sleep for two nights! The receptionist said that she had heard this complaint before but that nothing had been done! For this we received a waiver of the parking fees! For the days we were there the room was not cleaned and we also got no clean towels! We paid for a hotel room and not a room on a campsite! Very disappointed in Foxreizen because they made this booking! We never want to experience this again!
What was good was the breakfast and the friendly staff!

Very good place

We were guests of the Dráva Hotel for the first time, but we are completely satisfied with everything. The room was clean, comfortable and familiar. The layout of the hotel is also super clear for children. The food is varied and very tasty. The members of the staff deserve 10*, they always greeted everyone kindly and with a smile, nothing escaped their attention. Both children and adults enjoy the wellness section, its pleasant water temperature. The temperature of the pool is also very good, I swam very well in the morning. And last but not least, the garden is beautifully arranged. The goats are also very cute. All in all, anyone who has the opportunity and wants to relax in a child-friendly hotel near Harkány should come to the Dráva Hotel, because you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.
