Can't wait to visit again next year!

Just spent 6 days at Heléna Hotel & Spa, for the 3rd time in the past two years: it's our anniversary holiday resort for my bf and I. An absolute 5/5 hotel: clean and comfortable rooms, an amazing wellness oasis, fitness room, massage, a huge garden, outdoor chess, bicycles and motorbikes to rent, and an awesome restaurant. Everyone is SO nice, the whole staff is made up of kind people. The location is amazing: Mosonmagyaróvár is 3-5 mins by car, Parndorf is 20-25 mins away, and Vienna and Bratislava are also close. The hotel also has an amazing value-for-money ratio. Thank you for everything, can't wait to visit again next year!

Very average

We can't understand all the good reviews on other portals! But first to the positives: it was clean, pizza and chicken cutlets were delicious and the people were nice. Among the negatives: very old-fashioned furnishings, strong chlorine smell in the interior of the building, the windows could not be opened (not even the shaloes), because you looked directly into an improvised “wellness area”. So the room looked like a dark chamber with no windows. The electricity for our electric car was sold to us at usury price - besides the parking and charging seemed very improvised...The breakfast was also not good. Hardly any choice and the jam packets were either totally glued or partly mouldy.
We will not come back again. The price-performance ratio just wasn't right for that.

Comfortable and clean with excellent staff and facilities.

Only about 1.5 kilometres from the motorway. A really clean and comfortable place.The staff are brilliant and the restaurant food is great. A good selection of cooked and cold food for breakfast. Has a spa and sauna for staying guests. I will definitely be back when I journey through Hungary.

Great place to relax

Very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was great and also the dinner was good. There was a good parking spot for my motorbike, which was appreciated. The garden is big, with comfortable sunbeds, and the spa part is great as well. Definetly I would recommend!

Very poor experience

The "hotel" is not an hotel but only a home with some rooms.
The photo on their presentation are misleading. The restaurant was empty and, after we ordered the food, we understood why. We stopped there only a few hours on the way back home as the room was cold and the heat turned off. This was a night in January ...
I do not suggest this place unless for emergency stops..
Near by there are other options.
Possibly chose something in Austria, 3 Km far...

Köszönjük szépen, hogy időt szentelt kérdőívünk kitöltésére és véleménye, tapasztalati megírására.
Nem jelezték a recepción hogy bármi probléma lenne. A szobák hőmérséklete 22 Celsius van beállítva. Minden szobában hűtő-fűtő klíma van felszerelve. Ha ez Önnek hideg akkor a klímával tud nagyobb fokozatot állítani.
Jelenleg 3 csillagos hotel vagyunk 20 szobával.
Sajnálom hogy későn érkeztek és nem tudták élvezni a wellness lehetőségeket.
Bízunk benne, hogy a jövőben ismét lehetőségünk nyílik vendégeink között köszönteni, szeretettel várjuk vissza szállodánkba.
