Disappointing. Small, renovated but walls dirty, smell in the room on arrival
This accommodation was not an apartment, but a small room with 3 beds, with a bathroom, no table and only with a chair at the air conditioning. I had booked an "apartment" expecting it to be larger and of better quality than a simple double room. The opposite was true. On arrival no one waited but the owner contacted me via SMS and responds quickly. The parking lot was closed on arrival, but you could park under the trees on the adjacent road. At the entrance to the room it smelled, although the room was relatively clean. The walls of the room were partly dirty. The room was small (no apartment, as when booking), rather a small overnight room with 3 beds as in a youth hostel, but clearly insufficient for a holiday. My room was without a table, no microwave. If you want to eat or drink, you have to hold the food in your hand. The WiFi password must be requested from the owner. The "view" (according to the booking reservation) was a small dirty window overlooking an old tree. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything (every word) from the neighboring rooms. Originally a real apartment nr. 3 had been reserved with a table (as when booking on Booking), which was confirmed to me by the property beforehand, but disappointing on arrival this was just a small room I got. During my stay, I was not given a key to the gate of the parking lot, although my own parking lot was almost empty. Free bike rental is not mentioned anywhere, only on booking. However, having read several positive reviews, my experience was disappointing. I expected something better.
You have to be careful which "apartment" you stay in, as they are all referred to as "apartments" when booking. The accommodation has potential, the house is nicely renovated, but there is still much to learn how to take care of guests. Otherwise good, to the lake it is 5 minutes walk, in the village there is a cafeteria and a grocery store and a very nice port.
