Spokojenost s kuchyní

Byli jsme zde jenom na oběd. Odskočili jsme si ze slovenských tokajských pivnic (sklepů). Restaurace hezká, udržovaná, jídlo nemělo chybu. Bohužel po polévce nám odnesli misku s papričkami, ale to asi má tak být.

Cheap no-frills accommodation

My wife and I stayed at this family-owned panzio in November. We found that it is situated conveniently on the edge of Sarospatak with easy access to the main road through this part of Zemplen county, Hungary. The panzio was recommended to us by a relative and what we received was a basic no-frills room. Our room was cheaply furnished with a very thin rug and cheap furniture. Our bed wasn’t the most comfortable either. We were given towels to use in the bathroom, but there weren’t any other amenities to use. I don’t know about the wifi as I had my smartphone. The breakfasts that came with the room were subpar. The owner would cook you eggs and ham upon request, but the common food was cheap. He placed the common food on one moveable-serving table. I point this out because when each guest(s) came down to eat breakfast this moveable serving table was moved to that table. It contained the cheapest instant coffee you could find and cheap cold cuts. If you wanted a decent cup of coffee then this was something extra you had to pay for and he never mentioned this fact. It was a surprise when we went to check out that we had to pay this extra amount. Even if price is your only consideration there is still better accommodation that you can find in the area. Afterwards we heard of better places where we could of stayed for around the same price.

Nem ezt vártuk a panziótól, s még a kedvesség is hiányzott

Sajnos a várakozásunknak nem felelt meg sem a szoba sem pedig a kiszolgálás.
Nem olyan szobát kaptunk amilyet foglaláskor jeleztünk, egyáltalán nem ezt vártuk a leírások alapján.
A reggelit külön kérésre lehetett igényelni, ezzel még nem is lett volna probléma.
Nagyon furcsa, hogy csak 8 órától lehetett reggelizni, s annak ellenére, hogy ezért külön fizettünk , finoman leírva is igen szerény volt, szinte mindent külön kérni kellett (elfogyott vagy fel sem volt tálalva ), holott svédasztalos reggeli volt.
Nem értettük miért, de a Személyzet furcsán, egyhangúan és kedvetlenül viselkedett , próbáltunk kedvesen és tisztelettel kérdezni és kérni, de nem volt rá fogadtatás.
A legnagyobb problémánk összességében az, hogy hiányzott az a kedvesség és vendégszeretet amit elvárunk egy vendéglátó helytől.

Hőségriadó esetén hűtés nélkül.

Harmadfokú hőségriasztás idején nem kapcsolják be a klímát a tetőtéri szobákban sem!!! Többen szálltak meg a panzióban akik építőiparban dolgoznak egész nap a szabadban, jól esne nekik a hűvös (legalább egy ventilátor). A vacsora felejthető, és hét után már nem lehet rendelést leadni, mert nincs konyha. Nem a legideálisabb szállás nyaralás idején.

Fulladoztunk a tetőtéri szobában, bent melegebb volt, mint kint.
Szoba hármonknak túl kicsi volt, 1 kis tetőtéri ablakkal. Klima nuku, hűtő nem működött. Reggelinél kávét fizesd pluszba.
1 percet sem aludtunk, elmenekültünk.
