Great Nosy Be Service and Great Hotel
This is the best hotel near the Market (marche) in Hell-ville. Excellent service by ZARINDA, SANDRA and REISSA. The lobby is fresh, air conditioned, and up to date. The 5 floors are accessible by steps and elevator. I chose a studio, the smallest room that was spacious with great queen bed with lots of pillows, 2 burner stove, ample refrigerator, mini-bar, walk in shower, desk, and outlets near the bed, in room safe, all kitchen cook items, and full length mirror. The place has great housekeeping.
The TV is easy to manage with various streaming services.
Included In room breakfast service is great, I chose omelet over fried eggs, fruit plate, and bread with home made jam. Green tea came in a fair size teapot. The hotel is constructing a restaurant on 5th floor and heavy construction noise form 8am til 6pm Mon thru Sat.
From here, I walked to the port and to market, and to the best 2 restaurants in town and to the supermarket.
My own challenge was the electricity going off but quickly coming back on multiple times. About 8p on Saturday, Zarinda brought me a candle and apologized for the inconvenience, stating that the repairman came on Saturday night to fix the power. Great personal service.
The airport shuttle is great, AC van with cold water. Be sure to request the service with flight number ahead of time.
