Fantastic and a lovely dog called polo

The hotel is very good and Ando and Finaritra were very helpful and the food was very good security is good and wonderful service and would recommend this wonderful place to everyone and will definitely recommend to anyone

Disappointment. Website well done. Hotel 1 star .

No backup power. No hot water. Low cost plumbing . No backup wifi. But on the other hand everything works in the restaurant in case of cut, where you can spend extra air. Start of work at 7:00 am in the courtyard with delivery of rubble and stone cutting, plus installation of pergola and intensive drilling. The receptionist who advises me to choose a more expensive hotel to have tranquility. I have been living at the hotel in Madagascar since October. So his inappropriate remark is useless and without respect for the customer. In short everything except a relaxing hotel. Lost neighborhood at the end of Tana.

A CATASTROPHIC WEEKEND

Dismal service,
No respect for the Customer especially at the Restaurant.
The staff is VERY:
* malformed,
* disrespectful,
* unpolished
* incompetent
The pleasant setting is tarnished by the service.
We asked for an extra bed in one of the family rooms we booked, we were put the bed just with the sheet cover. Because it's not the policy of the house to add blankets or pillows. What is an extra bed for in this case? Tell us
It was agreed that we would have the room until 20:00 for our event, at 16:00 they started harassing us that we have to stop everything at 18:00. Miraculously, the electricity was cut off around 5:10 p.m., so-called that the Generator Battery is no longer holding (MDR). But the electricity came back around 6:30 p.m.
And so that the staff could re-set up the dinner, they kicked us out tactlessly. For the record, it was just us in the restaurant. We were about 20 people.
We booked for a weekend event. We paid deposits by check in order to "block" and the restaurant and 5 rooms. But when we paid at the end of our stay, we were refused payment by check.
We asked to see the Manager at the end of our stay, we were told that he does not want to be disturbed because it is the weekend
How can you work in the tourism industry if you are not available on weekends? How to open a restaurant without having properly trained its room staff?
