Great lodge right on the mountains, safe, nicely decorated relax

Wonderfully located lodge on the edge of the mountains, very delicious food, good rooms, standard bathrooms. Very nice staff. Great view from the rooms, some deals on site. Drinks quite expensive.

Two perspectives, what's good and what needs to be done

It's a very different perspective to this location it's the nice place, good food, great view, nice outside restaurant many activities, a friendly stuff... (5*****).
Wonderful cooking courses, great chef.
The rooms really need maintenance, sorry, but it feels as I know Africa in the 90th. Please renovate the rooms, easy things: exchange the shower heads, install bathroom shelfs, fill up soap dispensers, repair hanging sideboards, fix the ways where stones are missing, update lights. At the end the rooms need a general renovation.
It's a nice and vibrant place, maybe there are no better ones in the area, anyhow it needs a new llok of the rooms.

The experience was average but it could be better if you work on it

The shower in the second room from the last ( chiperoni side) is terrible . It was really hard to take a bath. The Tv didnt have any signal.

During my stay at the hotel, I experienced a welcoming and professional environment. The staff were courteous, attentive

Location is very good
Atmosphere it's fine
Rooms are very good
Cleanliness is good
In terms of noise,there is a slight noise especially upper rooms when someone is in there and doing his or her errands affect lower rooms
When stepping in and even when making phone calls we listen to each others conversations.
Service it's very fine I don't have any problem with that.
Amenities are awesome aswel

Very good hotel in a beautiful environment. The hotel staff is very helpful, special thanks to Indika for showing me the property around. The food was also top notch. I think this is the best option in Mulanje.
