Deplorable Condition

This hotel is poorly maintained.
The main door of the room has run-down door handles with a broken/unusable door latch.
Next, a deplorable toilet. The tap was broken and have to use the main valve below the sink to cut off the water. The water pressure is not stable and not to forget the toilet's cleanliness is in a deplorable state.
They do say "what you pay is what you get" but to get this substandard room is definitely not worth the amount of money paid.
This hotel may have been a wonderful hotel to stay back then but now it is not. We had an unpleasant stay there.
If the management is reading this comment, please do the maintenance which is much needed for your establishment. Thank you.

Nice,Clean&Friendly staff

I booked the room on a phone call although this month is a Malaysian holiday season.I welcoming by the friendly staff name firdous.He is polite and always smile.This hotel near billion shopping complex and no problem at all if you walking around looking for food.I highly recommend for those who visit this baling town.

Cheap, clean and friendly.

My wife and I checked into this hotel on 20 July 2015. Location was great, easily accessible to a supermarket and several restaurants. Baling town was only 15 minutes drive away.
Before I booked this hotel, I read about the comments of another hotel nearby which was quite unfavourable. I certainly had made the right choice.
The published room rate was RM 80. I was pleasantly surprise when they charged me on RM 72 for a standard double-bed room. The receptionist was polite, very obliging and nice. She was certainly an asset to the establishment.
The room was clean and comfortable . There was also tea making facilities and mineral water FOC. The bathroom was okay with hot water available.
I highly recommend this hotel for travelers or businessmen looking for no-frills accomodation.

One word... Fantastic!!!

One night in this hotel situated in this decent town. Friendly staffs, nice interior and wonderful environment. Fall in love with the comfortable bed and pillows. Food is just walking distance. Affordable room rates. Highly recommended!
