Booked the suites is a separate building from the main hotel. Carparks are still connected. the Apartment is spacious and clean. Just be prepared for a huge difference in the lobby area when comparing the hotel and the suites apartment.
Pool closes at 7pm and you get a view of the logistics loading bay warehouse next to the hotel area. Not complaining as the apartment is very fairly priced.
There is a decent laundromat at the lobby. Just be aware you need cash to get the laundry tokens.
Plenty of good food at nearby area, short 5-10mins drive only. If you don't drive, plenty of food delivery options too.
Swimming pool has a kiddy playground attached to it. The kids will enjoy it. Overall pleasant stay.

I stayed at suite apt, spacious one bedroom suite and very clean. Like it very much but was not satisfied with front staff. He did not explain parking rate for guest and how to claim. Front staff also told me different rate for extra bed that I should pay. Need to improve on these matters.

I suggests for a cooking pot or microwave for us to heat up food for infant and kids. Since there is electric stove provided.

My 1st time staying here with my son. Affordable price for a suite. Chose this hotel because it's near to Hospital Serdang, visiting my niece warded there. It's very spacious, comfortable & convenient. Although I didn't book with breakfast, there's a mall near by and easy to find anything to eat. Recommended for small family.

Comfortable n good price

Stayed 30/10/25 , otw to ipoh. Hotel rooms spacious, big wide lobby, clean, staffs very helpful. We book 2rooms, and not knowing the hotel and apartment is in different bldg, Luckily reception staff let us change both rooms in the hotel bldg.
