Short Getaway with 2 grandkids

The hotel is not too far from most attractions in Desaru. Given the reasonable rate, it's value for money as other hotels are charging pretty much more.
The beach is just next to the hotel. There are beach facilities.
Kids will love the swimming pool.

Would have rated the hotel 4 or 5 stars if the neglected areas are done up

Clean comfortable room with good facilities, all that we needed, as well as good breakfast with pretty views. We walked the hotel grounds and enjoyed pretty views but also encountered neglected areas. Would have rated the hotel 4 or 5 stars if the neglected areas are done up. If you wish to have a more complete picture of this, try searching for YouTube videos on this hotel.

Train your staff not to be rude

My husband book this hotel for event, nice hotel, nice view and room but the staff especially wahidah so rude. I ask to check in, she asked for proof or what so ever. I already call my husband in front of her coz he cant come to the front desk that time, I am so tired with all my luggage, her voice tone isn't that friendly, asking question so not nice, and also mention if I didn't do the payment , she will not release the key. i know that. This is not the first time i stay here. But your tone is like I am begging to stay here. My husband ask to refer to gladys if im not mistaken the name because she arrange the event for my husband, wahidah replied she also cannot help. I say call first. She make a face. I am reaaaaallllly dissappointed with her attitude. Dear hotel, u got nice place n nice view, please train your staff to assist not to be rude.

A hotel that has not much to offer to guests

My friends and I were given rooms with a beautiful sea view. The staff were friendly and efficient in response to assistance requested. We stayed there for a night. There were very limited breakfast spread for vegans or vegetarians.
The swimming pool was located next to the lobby. It was not a big pool.
Some of my friends went to take a walk on the beach. All came back with lots of bite marks, most probably from the sand flies. The bites cause quite a bad itch. However, one of them had a severe reaction to a bug bite. She was given three days of mc.
It was a good thing none of us attempted to go for a swim in the sea as we were told the undercurrents were very strong.
Other than the beautiful sea view and friendly staff, I feel this resort has nothing much to offer.

Weekend Mood

I went for a weekend getaway. Nice place to stay bigger room with balcony with the beautiful view sandy beach. Location is rather soothing to the eyes and serene for those who seek some peace away from the hustling city life. Hotel building need to upgrade coz look a bit old .
