Please note that the Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost. Standard check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out. Where applicable, a surcharge may apply for guaranteed sea or beach view rooms, subject to availability. A mandatory Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in: RM 200 per night for Executive & Premium Pool Suites, payment can be made by cash or credit card. Please note that the maximum number of occupants in the Executive & Premium Pool Suites is 4 persons. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Baby cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability. Extra beds and rollaway beds are not available at the Hotel. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Additional unregistered guests must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons beyond the stated occupancy limit are chargeable at the Hotel’s discretion. A charge of RM 60 net per person applies to the 3rd and 4th person in rooms if amenities are requested. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of RM 10,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A RM 1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed on guests found smoking in enclosed areas of their rooms. Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, outside packed food, and the use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited. Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available via request and subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM 150 nett is required for guests checking in with decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause excessive litter or damage. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property, guest’s check-in details.
