Stained sheets, dirty towels and cigarette smell

Paid RM 200 on agoda for a double bed room. It was terrible. Stained sheets, dirty towels and the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Felt cheated and betrayed as a customer. Front desk offered a room change but the impression was so bad we just walked out, collected my cash deposit and went home. Spoilt my holiday.

The location is really convenient near to the outlet. The only con we experienced was the lift. We had to wait for a while in the morning. But overall it’s worth the money we spent to it.

Lift slow, sink water discharge slow.
Asked for higher floor but given the lowest. Abit noisy as party going on at L5.
Others are fine.
