Love the location!! The hotel itself is quite nice, I love the breakfast especially the noodles, and roti prata is freshly made and it was crispy. Can easily find food, and Parkcity mall is connected to the hotel. And there's a 7-eleven nearby too. The bed was comfortable. Only downside is there might be some noise (singing from the karaoke establistment) during midnight.

The idea to manage electricity supply for refrigerator in the room is briliant. Those who need the fridge service have to turn on manually. This will eliminate waste and an eco-friend approach.

The bed is so comfy. Really have a deep sleep. I love it. The hotel hv a good location. Near to everything especially supermarket and food.

My favourite hotel in Bintulu

I’ve only stayed in 2 hotels here in Bintulu but this hotel is by far my favourite. Love the cozy room and generous amenities. Everything is nice and clean. And bed and pillows are comfortable. Could use with more TV channels though.
Check in was fast and easy. Hardly had to wait at all.
The breakfast is alright. Good selection and okay taste. I like the nasi lemak. One of the good nasi lemak in hotels.
