A good night's sleep in a clean room

Travelling means getting to the destination and getting a good rest. This place provided just as I wanted, a clean no frills environment. I have tried a few hotels around this area and found this hotel most suitable for me with carpark lots, and the cleanliness of 5star.
I was charged only RM60 for a double room, therefore you have to bring your own toiletries. Suitable for those with own transportation.
The best Dim Sum restaurant -Sweet Paradise in Jalan Heng Choon Tian in Butterworth is just 5minutes drive.

Food and dryshop not really convinient but can access by walk 100m
Night might look scary but I have no issue while staying here. neighbourhood safe and surround by village people and condo residential

Feels like staying at a home in malaysia

Off the beaten path. You will need a vehicle to get around if you stay here. If you do then you are lucky. This is a great place to stay! We had a second floor room. It was very peaceful and the morning roosters and local neighbors made it feel local and not big box hotel away from experiencing life in malaysia.. The bedding and bathrooms were nicely clean and kept. The beds were comfortable. Rent yourself the towel set for Rm6 as they are not included. Nothing wrong with letting you save another $ if you already have! I would for sure stay here again if we were in Butterworth. Sorry 5 stars I reserve for 5 star hotels, which without paying RM700 a night i do not expect for such a low price. Stay here you won't regret!

Feels like home

The room was great at a very low frice.rm70 for a room with queen bed and single bed.i has aircond, a fan, a flat screen with astro channels and hot shower.it was clean.and you need to rent towels and shower gels at rm5 only.the only thing is it is quite far from main town.faaarrr way better than other budget hotels at the same price.
