A good choice

I stayed here two nights recently. The suite was well designed and had nice views. The food was decent and the bar area was pleasant. The hotel is close to the premium outlet and cable car, and there is an hourly shuttle to take you there. All in all this hotel is a good choice.

Nice hotel

The hotel is good but the staff maybe needs more training. Luckily Angie,one of the staff is super helpful and able to explain details and help me with my enquiries compared to other ones that attended me during my check in.
She keep checking to ensure that i did get what i need. Keep it up.
The room,swimming pool and the area is great. The price is ok and worth the money. Definitely will come here again

Absolutely the best stay we ever had!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Resorts World Awana Genting. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt welcomed.
Special thanks to Razak, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive especially with my daughter, Amanda. He even took the initiative to look for my daughter to ensure our check-in went smoothly. My daughter is quite a particular person, so seeing her feel so comfortable with him was truly impressive and that's says a lots!
Ain at the front desk was very informative and professional during check-in.
The concierge team, especially Haron and another staff member (I didn’t manage to catch his name), were very attentive and helpful with our luggage.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the Auxiliary Police officers, who were very friendly and even took the time to play and interact with Amanda during our check-out. That really made our stay extra special.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and felt genuinely cared for. We will definitely be coming back again very soon. Highly recommended!

The check-in process is fast and efficient, but the staff attitude needs to improve. He is more senior than other staff but he has a poor attitude. He never smiles and gets angry when another customer asks more questions. I am not sure I recall his name correctly, Haniz.
The room is clean and has basic toiletries. Just the air-conditioning needs to be served as I can switch on during the night, and the technician needs to clean the filter before it can be switched on.
They have shuttle service from the hotel to cable car and premium outlet.

Great resort hotel for families with kids. A play area with TV, kid friendly movie nights, fun activities like little planters (paid activity, but can bring back a mini terrarium. The pool was main highlight of this hotel for everyone. Nice and warm!
Hotel room was clean and spacious. TV was great, worked well and had all the main streaming apps. Only issue was their hair dryer, completely useless, best to bring your own if you need a hair dryer. Balcony was great, but dangerous with kids, must keep balcony locked at all times.
Convenient shuttle to premium oulet shopping. Easy to get grab to go to Sky Avenue area, cheaper and more convenient to grab than to take cable car.
Overall great experience and will return!
