All good except Jeff (the customer service)

The suite is amazing for the price! Highly recommended. Clean and easy access to cafes and restaurants. Worth every penny. The only thing we are not satisfied with is the customer service precisely one guy called Jeff. He is very rude when dealing with customers and not being helpful. Luckily everything else was good and outweigh his bad service. I would definitely go again but I hope not to deal with this Jeff guy again!

To flee!!!!

Simply to flee!!!
We had booked 2 nights in an apartment at the maritime suites, when we arrived with our 2 children, we found no reception to our surprise. A guard in the building who didn't understand anything could not help us. We found a contact number on our booking booking, we left messages. Voices and email....
Never answers again today!!!
After that a person neighboring this building gave us a contact, we called and had qq one at the end of the phone who spoke very poor English, asked us to repay even though we had made the reservation...
A nice scam because even if I repainted I think we would never have had the keys!!
Grand fortunately booking understood our situation and we could be refunded... but we were well bothered to find a hotel at 6pm available for us 4!

Worst ever homestay

The apartment is very poorly maintained. Swimming pool is small and wooden deck around the pool is broken for long without repairing in place. Common area looks dirty and not fresh. Please do not waste money on this property. Huge disappointment for kids as they love swimming…….

Terrible Customer Service

We were meant to travel in April but with MCO we couldn't, Maritime only gave us an 8 week extension so they expected us to travel during MCO, when I complained they extended to 31st July but SOPs mean no facilities are open but they will not extend, give credit or refund. Terrible customer service during a stressful time.

Must improve cleanliness

The building is well located and looks attractive from the outside. The hosts gave clear instructions on how to access the apartment including videos- but that was all the good I could extract.
We stayed in the Vivenne apartment. The view would have been good if we could see through the filthy glass. The entire apartment was dirty from the get go. Thick dust, dirt and hair on top of light fittings and under the beds. The light switches and remotes were sticky and stained. Old linen and towels. We couldn’t wait to get out of here.
