Wonderful stay at GeorgeTown
We booked premium king for our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The service was good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Kamatchi Amman Temple and Natukotai Sivan temple are both in walking distance. McDonalds is also at walking distance. 1st avenue mall is also at walking distance. For vegetarians, Zhu Yuan vege restaurant owned by a family is also at walking distance (14 min). Overall strategic location and pleasant stay !

Our deluxe twin room was spacious and comfortable. The room and common areas were clean. Staff were helpful. The freshly baked cookies given out upon check in were a nice welcome gesture. Location is very convenient with many local eateries minutes’ walk away.

The room was clean but I find the racks in the bathroom is far too high especially for Chinese elderly who are less then 5.5ft tall. Very good cooling air-conditional even in the big lobby.
I like the shower area. Big enough and has a structure to sit although the floor is very slippery.
The staff are very friendly especially the security personnel that bowed and greeted each time we moved in and out of the hotel.
Good location that access to the famous food street. Also nice local delicacies around the vacinity.

Nice stay, a bit of an outdated building but I think they are doing some works to improve. The pool was nice but not enough loungers or seating around to leave your stuff or relax. Overall a nice stay.
