All is good, clean room, great location with lots of food choices. Only issue is that the pillow remains uncomfortable even after 2 years and numerous feedbacks. It’s too high and for sure cause stiff neck after a night sleep. This is something which is crucial and hope the management really look at it seriously. They shld provide alternatives.

The location is ideal for nice foods around the hotel during the evening time. Many night activities around the hotel also, hence many cars and motorbike ramming their engine at night till 3am. The sound proofing of the room can’t deter these noises, hence it’s abit hard to fall asleep if you need some quietness. The birds join in with chirping around 5am-6am. You can enjoy the quietness when break dawn. 👍
Breakfast is standard spread and not bad. The amenities are limited but manageable. The soap and shampoo are all in one kind. No conditioner. Hence if you are particular, do bring your own shampoo and soap, or u can also easily get them below at the grocery store. Bed is not soft, but not very hard itself. Good support, the pillow is firm too but high, good for ppl who enjoy it, if not bring your own pillow. It caused stiff neck for me, but got it resolve with massage nearby. Maybe that’s how their business gets better. 🙂

While the room was spacious and somewhat clean. The staff were not exactly helpful. I had paid for on site for an extension but they disabled my card despite paying for the extension. The bathroom had no toiletries tray and the towels were musky.

Everything is nice other than the nearby shop selling snd popping fireworks late through the night!! Not the hotel’s fault though.

Surprisingly a large hotel with free parking lot within Mt Austin. Room was clean,quiet and spacious. All was ok except for 1 thing;
The pillow was very uncomfortable for me due to its too thick such that I had to use folded bath towel to replace it as a “pillow . buffetfood
