Review of Sunway Big Box Hotel
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and a decent size. Overall, I’ve always had a pleasant experience here.
The breakfast is average, but it’s reasonably priced if you purchase it in advance, so it’s still good value.
My only real complaint is the gym. The temperature is consistently too warm, and it doesn’t seem to be adjustable, making workouts less comfortable.
I also hope the hotel considers replacing the carpet in the guest rooms. Carpets are difficult to keep spotless, and I noticed a few hairs on the carpet when I checked in. Switching to complete hard flooring would improve cleanliness and make the rooms feel even fresher.
Overall, it’s still a hotel I’d happily return to thanks to its comfortable rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and good value.

The hotel that conveniently connected to the mall and BookXcess
I stayed in an Executive Suite, and the room was huge and super comfortable, with a separate TV area, dining corner, and a spacious bedroom. One of my favorite details? The Balmain bathroom amenities — such a nice touch!
A special shoutout to Vivienne at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She even arranged a late check-out until 2:30 PM, which made our stay even more relaxing. Also thanks to Chealse & Kiki Lee!
The location in Iskandar Puteri is also perfect for families, especially if you’re visiting LEGOLAND Malaysia or going to Gleneagles Hospital Medini.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay — definitely a hotel I’d happily come back to! ✨

Each and every staff was professional about his or her duties.
Cleaningness was top notch. Food amazing, staff were all professional. I will always recommend this place to anyone coming to Malaysia for a holiday or business.
I am very happy with the level of service rendered from the first day to the last day. You people are seriously amazing and phenomenal.
I would like to shout-out to few individuals who made my stay a memorable one.
The manger Shahrizal ( sorry if I couldn't spell the name rightly. The manger of the restaurant.
FARAH, the supervisor, VIVIENNE, the guest relation manager, Allan, the F&B attendant, just to mention few names. You all were indeed amazing.
I am glad to say that I had a good time with you and looking forward seeing you all again.
