Always a winner!

Perfect location without leaving the airport. Excellent friendly, knowledgeable staff. Must mention Ziah and her Supervisor at TBG who went the extra mile to make a birthday celebration dinner special. Service outstanding. Thank you. Been coming here 20 years. Always a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Fantastic and unbeatable

Fantastically nice hotel.
Really great. Nice rooms nice shower good beds, no sound no light.
Pool is great.
You don't even notice you're at the airport.
Friendly staff, friendly staff. The food is not normally good. They serve you with class.

This is a gem of an airport hotel . It’s an easy walk from level 2 of the airport across through to carpark but turn left . Or there’s a buggy going back and forward if you don’t think you need to stretch your legs .
The rooms are large with nice bathrooms , there is a landscaped pool and a friendly lobby bar/restaurant. A gym if you have your stuff I think ! I have stayed here twice when I’ve had long layovers at KL between flights and I am sure I will do it again.
You can buy 6 hour stays on site but I was at the desk at 9am and wanting until midnight. He gave me a price - price here was cheaper for a night than two 6 hour periods. I told him this, he told me to make my booking here and come back to him at 10 and there’d be a room. I was very grateful . I was checking out at 10 pm though.

Extremely hot & humid between the terminal and the hotel!

We had a most welcoming check-in by a lady receptionist at 1:15PM on Sunday 12 July 2026, plus an equally pleasant check-out with the same lady receptionist at 07:08AM the next morning, 13 July 2026, informing her of the malfunctioning safety box in the room. The room itself was good, just the safety box was malfunctioning in #630.
The corridor to the airport is extremely hot & humid when you leave the hotel premises until you reach the terminal, and vice versa. If you don't have a hotel buggy at that time, it is really unbearable. Not a five-star-service at all!!!

The best massage of my life!I just had a massage at the Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA spa, and it was absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to May! The treatment was not only deeply relaxing, but also incredibly effective and helpful for my muscles after traveling. Hands down, the best massage I have ever had in my life.
