This hotel has great location as it is surrounded by eateries nearby. Room is spacious, clean and tidy with clean white walls and no tint of yellow dirt or whatsoever. Makes one feel at ease. Staff are helpful and approachable and able to converse in simple basic English which is a plus for English speaking visitors. I would like to mention staff named Ana who was very helpful and reassuring when she picked up my mobile where I accidentally dropped on the sofa.

At least keep things clean......
A local friend introduced me to stay at this place, saying that it is a decent little place to stay and rest for the few days I had to attend to something in Kluang. Now I understand and did not ask for much with hotels of this price point but seriously at least keep it clean, that is the only expectation I had.
As many other previous reviewers said, the room is very basic, nothing fancy apart from the bed and AC. The shower amenities were very basic as well, the entire style just felt very aged and home-ish. It wasn't until the third day that we found that there were visible yellow spots on the bedding and blanket that we had been sleeping on for two days (and no it didn't come from us)!
We were so disgusted we just packed our things and left. We don't expect the hotel to have everything spotless but I think clean sheets and beds are one of the fundamental things that a hotel should provide. Also, there are dead lizards in the room corner, I seriously don't know how the janitor missed that (assuming if they have one).
If anyone happens to stay in this place, please check and confirm the room is clean before lying down.

WOST EXPERIENCE !!
*WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!* My sister booked this hotel for a one-night stay, expecting a peaceful rest before an early checkout for sightseeing. But the front desk continuously disturbed us, calling our room every 30 minutes throughout the night, ruining our sleep!
When we checked in, a Malay lady assisted us. We were a total of four, and she never mentioned that the fourth person would incur additional charges. She only informed us that if there was an extra person, we’d need to book an additional room for RM 170++. We declined, as it was already 10 PM when we checked in, and we planned to check out early the next day. She said visitors could stay until 12 PM.
However, once we reached our room, we started receiving calls from the front desk insisting the fourth person leave—even after midnight, at 1 AM, 2 AM! IS THIS HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF? Completely untrained, unprofessional behavior! We are a family, bringing along elderly members, and this harassment was simply unacceptable.
This experience left us utterly disappointed with the front desk service. Is it such a big issue for a family to stay in one room? The repeated late-night calls were infuriating! I expect an explanation from management on why this kind of issue happened. Absolutely not recommended for families—service deserves a 0! Only the room amenities were decent, but that doesn’t make up for this dreadful experience.
