My kids love the hotel.
Very convenient to Center Point. The problem is just the parking.

I booked for 1 night.
The man at reception wasn't very friendly.
Yet the Lady on checking out was very friendly.
Hotel was in good location,
Was clean
Good shower
Wifi was terrible
TV was probably false advertising, said it had satellite channels. Not sure in what room as mine only had 3 different channels.

I pay for jacuzzi room rm220+ then when check in they give deluxe rm160+ with no jacuzzi, they said in their system it was deluxe king. Then i ask for refund because i pay rm220+ and they ask me to topup cash to get room with jacuzzi. Very2 low on service.

Location great but wifi shockingly bad. Guests made lots of noise and were so disrespectful. Receptionist didn’t seem bothered that experience had been less than satisfactory. Would only suggest for the location and price because nothing else was redeemable.

Experience of leaking aircond straightly under television. Feels not safe at all whole night. Already told the receptionist when check out regards the issue.
