An excellent location with a great overall stay for the price. The check-in process could be a little easier with the guest send the information that you need rather than keep having to chase via WhatsApp. A bit of a funny smell and had to work out why the water wasn't switched on but otherwise after this everything great. Particularly the location.

We were given 1 single bath towel with 1 pillow each for our two nights stay. There were no face cloths or hand towels provided. There were no dish clothes or paper towels for the kitchen either. The shower gel/shampoo was definitely not enough for our two nights stay. Luckily we brought our own bar of soap. Hot water takes time to heat up and only enough for one person to shower at a time. The pool also happened to be closed for renovations the day before we checked in. Otherwise, it was a basic two bedroom apartment with a standard couch. Beds were adequately comfortable, but no housekeeping service available.
Location of this building was pretty central to the Suria and Pavillion malls. The local Jalan Alor market was also within a 20-25 minute walking distance. Best to take a Grab otherwise if heading out during the heat of the day.

The place is clean and well maintained
Walking distance to alot of restaurants and shops. If you guys can get some new towels, also provide some laundry soap since there is a washer dryer combo, also there is a step going in the bathrooms if you can put something there just to alert people that there's a step to prevent people fr tripping especially the elderly.
We enjoyed our stay... will be recommending you to friends and families that will be visiting KL.

My stay here was excellent. The staff was very helpful. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t believe the listing could be real, but when I arrived, the apartment exceeded all of my expectations. It was indeed one of the loveliest stays I’ve had anywhere.

This was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.
On the day we checked out, we found two bed bugs in the room. At first, we weren’t sure, but more and more bites have started appearing on my body since then. It’s extremely uncomfortable and distressing — definitely not what you’d expect from a place claiming to provide a safe and clean environment.
What’s worse, the host was very irresponsible. I tried to reach out about the issue and to collect my luggage, which was still with them. They actually unfriended me on WeChat, which left me feeling helpless — luckily, I still had their WhatsApp to continue contact.
I’ve also contacted Trip.com to ask about a refund, but the host has not responded to them either, which makes things even more frustrating. No guest should have to deal with this kind of situation.
I truly hope this gets resolved and please reply back to trip.com team DONT JUST IGNORE — but I also hope future guests are warned. This is not acceptable.
