Very disappointing experience at this. First of all, the attitude of the staff was poor, especially the guard downstairs. The parking situation was also very limited — they didn’t allow us to park outside, and there were only four parking spots on the ground floor, so we had to drive around six times just to find a place.
Secondly, the unit I received was not the same as shown in the pictures. It was supposed to have a sofabed and a city view, but what I got was a regular sofa and no city view at all.
The small room had no air conditioning, which is unacceptable in Malaysia’s hot weather. To make things worse, the living room AC was broken! I messaged them for repairs, but no one responded. After many attempts, someone finally came. There were no towels provided either — we only got them at night. Imagine having no air conditioning and no towels to shower with in the heat.
They were very unresponsive throughout the stay. There were also spider webs on the windows, showing that the place hadn’t been cleaned properly. Even after changing rooms, it wasn’t much better.
The location is okay but requires going through a toll. The price is relatively cheap, but I definitely won’t be coming back.

Clean rooms with good facilities and convenience stores and an Indian eatery downstairs. Bit of a hike to the train station.Great value.
