Beautiful property with attentive staff!

Overall great stay. The rooms are a little dated but the bed is superbly comfortable. Bathrooms are well equipped and professionally clean. When we were there, the bigger pool was being cleaned and was closed for a day.. but to be honest, we hardly missed that because the smaller pool is where the bar is and the kids enjoyed their drinks and snacks by the pool.
The property itself is stunning! Lovely long stretch of beach. The staff are impressively attentive and really well-spoken (in English). We were all really impressed by how polite, attentive and professional they were. Well done, Hyatt!!
Overall, it was a great stay. I’d come back for the lovely stretch of beach and the sea-facing room.

Unforgettable stay

Kids were so happy to stay here again! As always, we were very pleased with the service we received. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. We were especially grateful for the late checkout, which gave the kids time to clean up after a refreshing swim that morning before we headed home. We had such a wonderful experience that next time, we'll definitely stay for two days!

Best hotel resort in the world!

I have stayed here for many years and love the atmosphere. It was really busy for breakfast but the staff are so attentive you would hardly notice. The pool staff are excellent, special callout to Noor who made mocktails for the boys. The staff in the restaurant are excellent.
The front desk helped me with parking of my car when I had no touch and go for my rental.
The housekeeping did our laundry.
Really appreciate the attention to detail. Keep up the high standards as always Menu is excellent but would be good to have specials and everything on the menu in stock.
We will be back next year again. Thank you as always, will book direct from Ireland.

Nostalgic visit

This was a nostalgic trip for our family having stayed here in the 1990’s.
I wouldn’t recommend going just for a vacation but for us we enjoyed our stay.
Very little has changed in 30 years. Staff are very friendly, service is a little laid back. Rooms are a bit tired and dated. Food and beverages are reasonable for the location.
It’s certainly not a 5 star hotel.
We are unlikely to return as this trip was a 1 off but if you need somewhere to stay in Kuantan this is definitely your best option.

Super chill 5-star experience

Having stayed here several times, their service is very consistent: kind, warm, and friendly at all touch points. Malaysian hospitality at its finest. The lobby opens to an unobstructed view of their pristine private beach and the wide expanse of the ocean. The whole property and the room are spotless. The room with balcony that opens to a splendid sea view is recommended.
