Close to the airport and a great choice.

A great hotel to stay in Kuching, very up to date with everything you'd expect to be included (and also working correctly!)
The breakfast was almost the most varied I saw on this trip and covered local and international tastes.

ROOM DOOR LEFT AJAR BY HOUSEKEEPING

Left my room in the morning today with full trust that my belongings and place to SLEEP is safe. Came back evening only to find my room door UNLOCKED by. They left the latch outside. Went down reception to tell about it, chill response. Yes, i was calm because anyway no one was in my room and no things lost. BUT still? Just because nothing happened this is okay and they no need to respond to me at all? Geez.

I am truly sorry for the concern caused when you returned to find your room door not properly secured. I completely understand how unsettling this must have felt, regardless of whether nothing was lost.
Upon review, the latch had been engaged during room servicing and was unfortunately not released, resulting in the door not being properly secured. This should never have happened, and I take this matter very seriously.
Please be assured that this is not reflective of our usual standards. We have since reviewed the matter thoroughly and reinforced our procedures with the team to ensure it does not happen again.
Our team attended to the matter promptly at the time and made efforts to follow up. I also personally tried reaching out to you, though I was unfortunately unable to get through. I am sorry if our response did not provide you with the reassurance you needed.

Fantastic hotel, great location. Plenty of towels, hot shower, cold A/C. Convenient for pick up/drop off via Grab. Walking distance to many eateries and landmarks. Was in town for a wedding with the reception at the Sheraton and opted to stay here based on location and price and I believe we got better value. The on-site breakfast was convenient for one of our busier days but otherwise not great value (quality v cost v available street options). Had a great chat with a gentleman in the elevator who turned out to be the owner - just super friendly and wanted to know how we were enjoying our time in town. Would stay here again next we are in town.

The 4 persons room with shower head not working. Only hand held shower head with hose provided not very pleasant.
Informed the front receptionist and ignored clients request. We want to pay cash at the receptionist said no. When we come back the 2nd stay, the receptionist wants us to pay cash. Not consistent.
The hotel could have done better truthfully.

Great location, staff were helpful and had good customer service. Soundproofing was a not very good though with music coming from the opposite side pub. Overall, still good
