The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. They also provide airport shuttle for free.We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay😃

Eat and drink what they want

No alchoolic drink availsble, unlike all the other luxury hotels in Malaysia.
No vegetarian food on the menu. The waiter proposed adaptations, but my dish was full of prawns and my wife's had chicken meat. Never happened in Malaysia nor in other South East countries.

The airport shuttle was very convenient, and staff are very kind and helpful.
Breakfast had a lot of options and I enjoyed it.

Not bad and not great

Great: Across street from airport amd completely soundproofed against flights ( n mosques). Beautiful modern architecture w local motifs in frieze.
Free shuttle to and from airport.
Worse thing bathroom has 3 small steps- 1st to sink, then to shower on right side, then back past sink to toilet on other side! V easy to trip or stub toes, and tiles are smooth shiny and slippery!
Room is comfortable, bed is comfortably firm. Desk chair is also comfy but arms are wearing out. Bedside lamps are not positioned well for reading. Wall switches also not well positioned, especiallybedside lamps
If you have Fire doors from lift area, should they be metal
and not hollow “wood”?
Nice to have 2 pools: one very sheltered and the other partially sheltered w morning sun. As a lap swimmer, one larger pool that is sheltered under v higher ceiling would be much better than 2 small pools. Beach chairs showing their age.
Also lifts are quite hidden and quite far from reception area, past “shops”(vending machines)!

Evening person at reception was abrupt & not welcoming on three occasions. Not suited to her role. Carpet stains in the corridors of level 8 and level 5 unacceptable. Carpet stains in the two rooms we were in are unacceptable. The bathroom shower floor in the two rooms we stayed in is slippery and dangerous.
