Great hotel, good clean rooms, polite responsive staff. A *little* further from the center than I might have liked, but short GRAB rides took care of that.

Hotel's generally all right and one of my favorites whenever I visit. But more can be done for the bathrooms. Second time here and i realized it needs improvements. The room smelled musty, and there was a huge black patch on the ceiling of the toilet with what i assume, is mould. Walls of the toilet weren't exactly clean as well. While it's a non window room and theres no other form of ventilation other than the bathroom vent, i think more effort could be spared to maintaining the bathrooms. Other than that, it is still one of the better hotels out there

The location is nearby to Chinatown and centrally located.
However, they do not provide parking and you must remember to have car parking coupon as the list cal council likes frequenting this place
Room is good except a lot of ants hanging around the bathroom.
Good powerful aircond.

AC wasn't clean so you can smell bad.
If you have allergy to house dust, you need to be careful.
Also there's no slippers and teeth brush.
