Room furniture bit old.. the chair cannot be seated.. the wood it's like you play puzzles or Jenga (refer photo).. must change immediately... The air conditioner also got leaking.. the room space quite ok.. only no soundproof.. can hear people talk from next door and also vehicle running from outside.. need improvement..

Dirty and unmaintained

Overall poor hotel . Not provided complimentary minibar, even drinking water. Air conditioner is cold but can be quite noisy, so don't expect a good night rest if you are a light sleeper. Bed is comfy, linen washed and comfortable. Toilet is not well maintained, water from the toilet sink leaking every time i want to wash my hands, so my feet are also getting washed. Water heater seems to be working at odd hours, since it is centralized. Toiletries provided were only conditioner, shower cap and one bar soap. For non-smokers, the cigarette smoke stench can reward you with an all-day headache. Hotel staffs were friendly and easy to talk to. Location is quite good, walking distance to duty free shops, supermarkets, local market, fast food chain and local coffee shops. The hotel is quite near to a night club so it can be a disaster if you are staying in lower floors because their music is banging and it gets even wilder at 2 am and lasts up to 4-4.30 am. Parking lots are available. WiFi is free but will not be usable 80% of the time.

A good and cheap place BUT...

A good, clean and cheap place to stay while in Labuan, stayed for 2 nights and staff were friendly. Very close to eateries for breakfast and dinner. Only setback was that it's very close to Sydney 2000 a night bar and loud blaring music till 3AM won't give you a good night's rest. Avoid if you can. But still a nice place nonetheless.

Bad service at the reception

Please watch out for your staff named Freddy with very bad service attitude. Seriously disgusting to talk with. Bedsheet was not clean. Requested to change room but the above mentioned staff showed us his bad attitude and didn’t allow changing.

Good

It was pleasant and enjoyable. We had good fun and stayed for long. Everything was good Inc the services rendered. Good thing they were fast in serving and making sure we were good throughout. The parking is easy
