To feel good!

Very clean and quiet accommodation within walking distance to almost all sights. Steven, the owner was already expecting us and introduced us to the accommodation and the city itself in record time.
He himself does not live there, but is always available and monitors everything around the house via cameras.
You can do laundry for free and hang on the balcony and in the kitchen there is free coffee and tea.
The first night we were the only guests and the house also has only about four.
Definitely recommended and gladly again. Steven is very helpful and stands by with advice and deed!

Nice,peaceful and calm place to stay in malacca

The host is very knowledgeable and kind enough to give a lot of information. The rooms are small but very neat and clean. The kitchen had coffee and noodles. Overall it is a nice place to stay at a cheap rate. The location is very nearer to all sight seeings.

Great stay, nice and helpful manager

We came to Melaka in April 2017. The homestay was nice and cute in a peaceful area, separated from other places of entertainment in Melaka.
Everything in the homestay was very clean and tidy. Our room was small but still very convenient and well equipped. The manager - Mr. Steve was extremely nice and helpful. He didn't just leave us alone in Melaka but gave us a detailed map with careful instruction and recommendation.
Although Melaka was a great place to explore, we only had 1 day to stay and we had to go to Penang the next day. Mr. Steve even helped us to buy the bus tickets in the early morning.
So, if you are looking for a good and clean accomodation with reasonable budget and you have never come to Melaka, this is your right place.

Very helpful owner, good location

Thanks, Steven! The owner gave us the best tips and intro to Melaka, and all as part of the service. This house is three sleeping rooms with a shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living space. So when we arrived, the two other rooms had guests, although we barely saw them.
The house is surprisingly well appointed within the constraints so modern decor, good free wifi, clean sheets, big tv, free washing machine plus powder, good shower, one car parking space and is only a few minutes walk from the center. It is popular with Chinese but he welcomed me as a kiwi. I would guess that within the house's category, this must be one of the top places.

Clean and great location

Only a 15 minute walk to Jonker St., One Vacation Home provides a nice homey atmosphere from which to hit the highlights of Malacca. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in the area as well. Steven does his absolute best to ensure an enjoyable stay. If in the deluxe room, you do share the bathroom with one other deluxe room but never proved to be any problem. You have the use of the kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer, coffee and tea all at no additional charge.
