I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making check-in and any requests hassle-free. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, a fantastic experience I would recommend!

Broken Suite?

When you think of suite, you think of a nice getaway with your spouse. However, the suite was almost perfect until you notice the problems for maintenance.
The main hotel door room doesn't have a proper lock, looks like it was broken or permanently removed which feels unsafe and easy for intruders to enter whilst asleep or away.
Bathroom/Toilet doorknobs are broken, doesn't feel sturdy. The door had a hole in it and doesn't seem like it was ever fixed.
Lightbulbs are out. Closet is broken. Safe does not work.
Living room, (TV area), the couch is disgusting and visible stains can be seen along with their curtains and carpet.
Worst of all, a suite that does not have a fridge. This was not acceptable because we couldn't cool down our beverages
I suppose the hotel is aware and that is why this suite was affordable to compensate the damages.

Good stay during work visit

Ano Hotel Miri impressed me with its modern design and cleanliness. The room was spotless, ready for immediate check-in, and equipped with everything needed for comfort. Located near eateries and attractions, it’s easy to explore the city from here. Facilities were well-maintained, and amenities were thoughtfully provided. Definitely a good stay in Miri.

GOOD SERVICE ,ONLY A LITTLE BIG PROBLEM , MAYBE CAUSE OF PUBLIC HOLIDAY SO NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO CLEAN THE ROOM . WE WASTE TOO MUCH TIME FOR WAITING AT LOBBY.
