Overall it's nice but life tiles I think need some maintenance because both life floors are cracking.
The room is fine comfortable and the space is quite spacious.
The location is super nice and the best location is just beside the shopping mall.
Food is walkable to the night market too and also near the soup restaurant.

This hotel is very old and not well-maintained. Tiles inside the room and toilet bowl are broken, moldy toilet, etc.
Even the marble inside the lift floor is broken too.

The last time I used it many years ago, it was a very nice comfortable hotel. I booked this hotel because of my previous experience. However, I got a big shock when see the hotel in such a dilapidated state. If they really want to keep it as a hotel and attract customers, they better do a total revamp of the hotel. It was the worst hotel (if I can call it) I have been to. It is really sad to see that it has fallen to this sorry state.

Air-Condition is not function for all room. Room are very warm. Cannot comfortable to staf. But they have friendly staff.

The hotel room is spacious and the hotel is near to the shopping mall, eateries and local attractions. It was an enjoyable stay. If the facilities such as the shower head and flushing system in the toilet can be upgraded, that will be even better. I will choose to stay here if I am visiting Muar in the future.
