Disgusting! Everything dirty, loud, run-down – one disaster, one Lost Place!
I really cannot recommend this place – it was a consistently bad experience, an absolute disaster.
Even on arrival, you didn’t feel welcome at all: no smile, no “good to have you there”. Instead, there were problems directly – the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly (constant error message for wrong password), and generally everything is unkempt and run down. Especially the bathroom was dirty, smelled unpleasant and was completely dirty. Hygiene obviously does not know this hotel. For 75 € per night an absolute outrage.
The volume was a disaster. In the parking lot in front of the hotel (beach side) a youth meeting seems to form in the evening – correspondingly loud it was not only deep into the night, but into the next morning. If you managed to fall asleep at all, you were awakened again by permanently barking dogs. In addition, there were extremely noisy air-conditioning systems and even car races, so restful sleep was unthinkable at all – even with closed balcony doors.
Also the service was totally inadequate: The reception was not available at any time. My sliding bolt on the door suddenly couldn’t be opened – from the inside! – I really panicked in the situation, but nobody cared. The staff was totally unfriendly overall, you felt more disturbing than a welcome guest. I had also asked for an adapter for one night, but didn't get one.
There were only two rooms occupied (including me), which speaks for itself. Breakfast I had booked and paid for, but shortly after booking I received the message that there was no breakfast – despite payment.
The alleged beach location is also not true. Although it is advertised everywhere online, in fact you have to walk up a mountain to get to the center at all – no sign of beach feeling or holiday atmosphere. The images in the portals also do not correspond to reality: The alleged palm trees by the pool do not exist – presumably many of the images are very outdated or even AI-generated.
I felt very insecure all night.
The pictures on the booking portals are completely outdated – presumably it looked like this about 10 years ago. The first 3 pictures with the blind are of the private bathroom inside!
Conclusion: If you want to take a relaxing holiday, you should definitely not book this hotel!!!

Overnight at small hotel
Small hotel with breakfast included, I thought it would be good with superior room facing sea. But the room was too simplified, with no proper amenities (no cup in bathroom, no shower cap,no hair dryer) plastic chairs are placed inside room, with non functioning fridge, high level difficult- to -reach wardrobe etc. breakfast simple though satisfactory, beach is good but gate is locked before sunset at 7pm when most sunset time is after 7pm!

Nice hotel with limited parking and dirty beach
We were staying at Deluxe Double Room with balcony facing off the beach and pool for RM225 per night (with tax and breakfast) for weekend rate. The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom a bit like a public toilet. Wifi a bit slow with just 1MB speed. Breakfast was okay if you're not fuzzy and must pre ordered as no buffet served due Covid SOP. Parking was limited and I've got to parked my car by the road side.
The beach and its water was dirty and full with sharp stones and swimming is big NO but I saw some people in the water though. Swimming pool looks nice but it was closed due to Covid SOP. Overall it is a good place to relax but I don't think I'll come back to this hotel.

Don't expect too much...
First thing first.. the lift is too small and old, the lift can fit around 3-5 person only at one time. On the first night, the lift is not functioning and we need to take the stairs to level 3, together with our baby inside the stroller. Pity my husband. The management should change/upgrade the lift due to safety reason.
When I enter the room, it's quite a disappointment. The bed sheet was dusty and smelly. TV got 3-4 channel but not in a good coverage. The floor tile were super cold and there's no slippers provided. Toilet was okay okay la. Apart from that, the room is quite big. The balcony facing the beach and during sunset, you can enjoy the view from your room. Breakfast is so-so, food only available for breakfast and the nearest Malay stall around 10-15 mins from the hotel. Do bring your own food.
Other than the room, they provide a big swimming pool. If you bring kids with you, please make sure they are under your supervision as their swimming pool quite deep for adult. The front desk staff was friendly, and there's one male staff/manager help us with our bags since we got baby together, he suggest a good place to visits and share his experience and always ask for our feedback. There's a beach behind the hotel but its not for swim as its not really clean. For relax/sunbathing, yes.

Not as expected on website
Check in as family on Aug 4th, were given first floor but found the room cannot be locked properly as I have three females with me. Requested to change, were given 4th floor with sea-view. Front desk Malay gentleman was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was disappointing with few varieties, room was big but air conditioning was insufficient resulting in a restless night.
Water heater leaking and room door was lacking in safety features. beach close by but found drain next to hotel where dirty water is being indiscriminately discharged into sea without proper filtration system.
Could do with a lot of refurbishment.
