Worth the night stay

Rooms are in a chalet concept, basic amenities wt air-condition, water heater, ceiling fan (which was rather cute). U can even BBQ. Depending on chalet type, price per night very cheap (had mine a Deluxe wt Queen bed @ USD25; extra bed USD7). Located along the Paka-Dungun main road between Paka & Dungun; 10km from Paka town & 8km to Dungun town. Rooms hv very fast wifi connection. The only setback is parking; u have to park outside of the facility's area, which is rather exposed especially at night (limited space to park within the facility's compound).

Good for a one night stay

We were offered a house with 3 rooms and each room has its connected bathroom. The house has a living hall, a kitchen, and a dining area. The bathroom is very basic. You may need to bring your own towel, bath soap, and shampoo. The bed is hard. Pillow is ok. My room smells of cigarette. If you are driving here, then you can park your car at the house where you stay. The surrounding of the hotel is nice with a well-tended garden. The place is far away from shops and you may need to drive a few meters to have lunch or dinner.

No frills, yet comfortable

I stayed for one night in Family Room. Very basic facilities, clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quite even though it is located right at the main road. I wonder if the management can provide a water dispenser and put it at the hall of the villa. It would be convenient to those who occupied any of the villa since the place is quite far from any convenient shops.

Convenient Place To Break A Long Journey

We chose to break our long journey to Kuala Besut at this property as it is located quite near to the highway. It took almost 4 hours for us to arrive from Kuala Lumpur. We checked in about 10.00 pm and wanted a light snack around the vicinity but was informed there were none at that hour. The room was really small but it was compensated with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The air-conditioning was good and bed comfortable. However we could hear the neighbours opening and closing the door. Overall it was a comfortable stay for only 7 hours. We only wished the property have a small cafe to cater for breakfast.
