The newly renovated rooms are excellent. All amenities are new and WiFi is available.

Booked last minute for a family of 8 – Coral Bay Resort was the only hotel available for a short vacation in Pulau Pangkor.
We called ahead to request rooms close to each other, which was arranged. However, the resort was quite rigid with requests for extra towels, and pool towels were not sufficiently available for all guests. Additionally, there was no enforcement of proper swimming attire at the pool.
On the positive side, cleanliness was above average, and the overall experience was satisfactory for a short family stay.

the room was ok worth the money
there is tax free shop down the hotel
breakfast was good and simple
food stall and beach nearby.
however of u come here during peak hours please find dinner early becoz the stall nearby all close at 8.30pm

Disappointed

The hotel was basic and not worth the RM256 per night. The only convenience was the mart and duty-free shop in the lobby. I was asked to pay a RM100 deposit, but there was nothing special in the room. The bed was uncomfortable, and the TV channels were all local. Breakfast was underwhelming—just bread, rice, nasi lemak, and noodles, but all tasteless. We checked out the next day and found a much better hotel for the same price. I regret choosing this one.

Clean and excellent location, breakfast was great and service very good. We especially enjoined the great location with direct access to supermarket, duty free shop, several dining and street food options as well as few walking minutes to the beach. Gym was closed due to renovation, pool was great!
